Paris, December 4<\/b>th<\/b><\/span>, 2018 \u2013 Demeter, a major European player in venture capital and private equity for the energy and ecological transition, announces the appointment of St\u00e9phanie Chr\u00e9tien as Chief Sustainability and Impact Officer to reinforce its commitment to combine financial performance and environmental impact.<\/b><\/p>\n Since inception in 2005, Demeter has considered social and gouvernance criteria, in addition to environmental criteria (which are addressed by nature by its investment strategy), as key to drive sustainable performance.<\/p>\n Demeter is a responsible and committed investor, therefore joined key initiatives such as PRI (Principle for Responsible Investment), CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), iC20 (France Invest), The Shift Project, etc.<\/p>\n Today, Demeter reinforces this commitment with the appointment of St\u00e9phanie Chr\u00e9tien as Chief Sustainability and Impact Officer.
